1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the YallaWash application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
YallaWash provides fully automatic car wash services that can be booked through our mobile application. Our services include various wash packages, add-on services, and a loyalty rewards program.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account in the YallaWash app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are made through the YallaWash app. Payment is processed at the time of booking using the payment methods available in the app. Prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled wash time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Use of Services
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Use the services only for lawful purposes
- Follow all instructions provided at wash bay locations
- Ensure all vehicle windows are fully closed before entering the wash bay
- Remove any external accessories that may be damaged during the wash process
6. Liability
YallaWash takes every precaution to ensure your vehicle is treated with care during the wash process. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
- Damage to loose parts, antennas, or aftermarket accessories
- Items left inside the vehicle
- Damage resulting from failure to follow provided instructions
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the wash service and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Rewards Program
The YallaWash loyalty rewards program allows you to earn points with each wash. Points can be redeemed for discounts, free washes, and other benefits as outlined in the app. YallaWash reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with YallaWash, including the app, website, and brand materials, are owned by YallaWash and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
YallaWash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. Upon termination, any accumulated rewards points may be forfeited.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
